This Is Me: Life, Business & Alignment Without the BS

This Is Me ~ And Why I Do Things Differently

April 21, 20266 min read

Let’s do this properly … because this isn’t just a “Hey, I’m Niki” post. This is the real version, the one that doesn’t get watered down or polished up to make it more palatable. If you’ve been around for a while, you’ve probably felt something shifting. And if you’re new here … well, you’re walking in at a pretty powerful time.

A while back, I was on a networking call - nothing out of the ordinary, just a typical conversation - and someone asked a simple question: “What’s your Human Design?” That one question cracked something open in me that I hadn’t fully allowed myself to explore before. Not because I didn’t want to … but because of how I was raised.

I grew up being told that anything like that - astrology, numerology, energy work, all of it - was wrong, bad, even “evil.” And yet, if I’m being honest, I had always been drawn to it. Quietly. Curiously. Like there was something there I wasn’t supposed to touch, but couldn’t stop thinking about.

So after that call, I started digging. One thing led to another - Human Design turned into astrology, astrology turned into numerology, and before I knew it I was deep into universal laws, energy, frequency, all of it. And here’s the thing … my brain doesn’t just learn something and leave it at that. I see patterns. I connect dots. I start noticing things that don’t always make sense on the surface, but once you see them, you can’t unsee them.

The more I learned, and the more I talked things through with a couple of people I trust, the more everything started clicking into place. And then came the moment where I realized I couldn’t ignore it anymore. My intuition had always been there - it wasn’t new - but it had been buried under years of conditioning. What I should do, what made sense, what was acceptable, what other people believed. For the first time in a long time, I stopped brushing it off … and I started listening.

Around the same time, I was building my business, and I had myself convinced that I needed to be focused on CEOs you know high-level, business-only, strategy-driven. And don’t get me wrong, I can absolutely operate in that space. But a couple of weeks ago, that entire direction came crashing down, and honestly … it needed to.

Because I started seeing something I couldn’t ignore.

So many women have no fucking clue who they are.

They’re second guessing everything, ignoring their intuition, talking themselves out of what they actually want because they can’t logically see how it’s supposed to work. Or they feel those little nudges - that pull toward something more - and immediately shut it down because it doesn’t fit into the “realistic” box they’ve been taught to live in. And sitting there, watching that, I had this moment of … well damn. That was me too.

That realization stopped me in my tracks. I went quiet. No content, no pushing, no trying to figure out the next move publicly. I needed space to think, to write, to get it all out of my head and onto paper. Notebooks, random pages, voice notes, conversations with people I trust … just working through it without the noise.

And what came out of that wasn’t just another offer or program. It was something that finally felt like me. Not forced, not boxed in, not built around what I thought I should be doing. It was honest. It was aligned. And it made room for more people - not just business owners, not just CEOs, but women who know they’re meant for more … even if they can’t fully explain what that looks like yet.

Now let’s be clear about something - this doesn’t mean I’ve gone soft. And this sure as hell doesn't mean what I've built is for everyone! I still talk straight. I don’t sugarcoat things, and now that I’ve found my voice, I’m not toning it down for anyone. But what I have done is build something that meets you where you’re at, whether you’re trying to figure out your life, your business, or both.

Because the reality is, you can’t separate the two. You can have the best business strategy in the world, but if your mindset is off, your energy is drained, or your life is chaos, you won’t follow through. And on the flip side, you can do all the inner work in the world, but if you’re not actually taking action, nothing changes. That’s the gap I work in - the space where alignment meets execution.

And that doesn’t just stop at mindset or business either. It’s your whole life. How you take care of yourself. What you’re putting into your body. How you move. How you slow down. I’m a big believer in natural support - supplements that actually help, food that fuels instead of drains you, movement that works with your body, not against it, and taking the time to actually be still long enough to hear yourself think. Not in some perfect, aesthetic, “morning routine” way … but in a real, practical, this-needs-to-work-for-your-life kind of way.

So what I’ve built now isn’t just one thing - it’s actually an ecosystem you can step into depending on where you’re at.

If you’re feeling stuck or disconnected, Backwards to Badass is where we start - getting honest about what you want and what’s actually holding you back. If you want deeper insight into yourself and your patterns, my readings go there, with the option to layer in business if that’s part of your world. If you want ongoing support and a place to plug in consistently, that’s what I’m building inside my revamped Discord community. If you want to start working with natural cycles instead of constantly pushing against them, that’s where my Retro Minis come in. And if you’re ready for something deeper, more structured, and consistent … The Frequency Flow Method is coming in June.

But none of that matters if you’re not willing to be honest with yourself.

None of it works if you keep ignoring what you already know deep down.

And none of it works if you’re waiting for someone to hand you the perfect plan.

I’m not here to do that.

I’m here to help you see it, understand it, and actually do something with it.

So whether you’re here for the life side, the business side, or somewhere in between … you’re in the right place.

Now the only question is - are you actually ready to listen to yourself … and Do the Damn Thing?
