I used to dread Mondays.
They meant chaos — a full inbox, a messy schedule, and zero space for me.
I’d wake up already behind, giving from an empty cup and wondering why I always felt like I was running in circles.

That version of me was surviving, not living.

Fast-forward a year, and the difference is night and day.
Now my Mondays start with intention — coffee in hand, frequency playlist on, and a few quiet minutes to journal before diving into the week.

Not because I suddenly became “more disciplined.”
But because I stopped trying to pour from a cup I refused to refill.

This season, I’ve been learning that “busy” doesn’t equal productive — and movement doesn’t always mean momentum.
Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do for your business is take a breath, realign, and actually give yourself permission to slow down long enough to catch up with your own growth.
