Building It for Me First (Then Sharing It With You)
“The most powerful things I create are the ones I need first.”
Today feels big in a quiet, grounded kind of way.
I officially launched the Lunar Threshold Workbook - and while I’m proud of the structure, the layout, the strategy behind it… what makes me smile the most is this:
I built it for myself first.
This wasn’t something I created because it would “sell well.” It wasn’t a trend. It wasn’t a reaction. It came from a very real place of needing to ground myself before stepping into a new energetic cycle.
We’re walking through eclipse season. Mercury Retrograde is looming. The energy has been loud, emotional, and clarifying all at once. And instead of bracing for chaos, I wanted to build a container for it.
That’s how the Lunar Threshold came together.
Not in one dramatic sitting. Not in some overnight download. It was layered. Journal pages here. Reflection prompts there. Questions I needed to ask myself. Space I needed to create.
At some point I realized - this isn’t just for me.
One of my favorite things about building within my own business is that I get to create tools that support my real life. And when something genuinely helps me - when it brings clarity, grounding, momentum - I don’t gatekeep it.
I refine it.
I structure it.
I make it usable.
And then I share it.
But here’s the important part: I’m not just launching it and walking away.
I’m working through it too.
I’m asking myself the hard questions. I’m sitting with the prompts. I’m noticing where resistance shows up and where clarity lands easily. I’m not pretending to have it all figured out - I’m actively moving through the same threshold I’m inviting others into.
That’s the kind of leadership I believe in.
Not “look at me, I’m ten steps ahead.”
But “walk with me while we move through this together.”
The Lunar Threshold isn’t about manifesting wildly or forcing change. It’s about pausing at the edge of a new season and deciding - consciously - what you’re bringing forward and what you’re leaving behind.
And if I’m honest, being able to build something that supports my own growth and then share it with others? That’s one of the most fulfilling parts of what I do.
This is what aligned creation feels like.

When you build from authenticity instead of urgency, what you create carries weight. The Lunar Threshold wasn’t rushed. It was lived first - and that makes all the difference.
