The 11:11 Portal, Getting Shit Done, and Finally Staying Organized
“Productivity hits different when your energy and focus are finally working together.”
It’s the 11:11 portal today, and I can feel it - that sharp, clear, let’s-move kind of energy. Not frantic. Not scattered. Just focused and powerful.
I started the day staring at my full to-do list, took a deep breath, and dove straight into client projects. And honestly? It felt good. Like real momentum instead of that spinning-my-wheels kind of busy. A solid chunk of work knocked out before I even thought about food.
After grabbing a bite to eat, I did what has become one of my favourite habits: a full brain dump. There’s something about dumping everything out of your head and onto a list that instantly gives you perspective. Suddenly you can see what actually matters, what’s already done, and what’s hit that “I need something from someone else” stage.
When that happens, I don’t fight it. Things get moved to tomorrow, the next day, or whenever they realistically belong. No guilt. No pressure. Just clarity.
What I’ve also noticed is that as I knock a few things out, more things naturally pop up. You know that moment when you think, Oh right - I also wanted to do that. Instead of stressing, I just add it to the list and keep moving. The list evolves as I go, and somehow that keeps me more focused, not less.
One of the biggest shifts for me lately has been how I actually stay organized while doing all of this. Because let’s be honest - my spicy brain does not thrive on twenty different notebooks, sticky notes that disappear, or scraps of paper that somehow teleport the second I need them. I’ve tried. It’s chaos.
What does work?
Using ChatGPT as my organizational sidekick.
Seriously - in 2026, I’m officially giving ChatGPT a job, and if it does nothing else, it’s keeping me organized. Morning brain dumps, ongoing to-do lists, pulling up what didn’t get done yesterday, keeping everything in one place instead of scattered across my desk and my brain.
I played with this a bit last year, and the difference is wild. Way fewer things fall through the cracks. Less mental noise. Less scrambling. And way more forward momentum without burning myself out.
There’s something incredibly grounding about knowing everything is captured somewhere safe - not floating around in your head waiting to ambush you later.
So today, on this 11:11 portal, I’m stepping fully into my power - not by doing everything at once, but by doing things intentionally. Brain dumping. Prioritizing. Moving things when they need to move. Trusting the process. And letting myself be productive without the pressure spiral.
Aligned action really does hit different.

If this kind of brain dump, focused productivity, and organized flow tickles your brain, come hang out with me tomorrow in Discord for Knock It Out with Nik.
I’ll be sharing my full ChatGPT setup, how I use it to stay organized, run brain dumps, and keep things from falling through the cracks - plus exactly how you can set it up for yourself.
